So I recently read a book. Its a little book of short stories called 'The Habit of Love' by an author called Namita Gokhale. And its terribly hard for me to admit; I liked it.

To get over this, I watched 'Almost Famous'. And no, I didn't like it.

Knowing how to make small talk is a very essential skill to get through large  functions, and gatherings, where you don't know all that many people. Portraits without faces

So here's the deal, I suck at drawing faces. Ergo, making potraits was never my forte. But I am good at something else, observing the quirks in a person.

I was working with some awesome people on a project, when one of them goes, "hey maybe you can make a drawing of us all together."

So this is the first concept sketch I made,


And everyone thought it was really nice. So I went ahead and made another drawing.


Its still unfinished but I am quite happy with the result. I have managed to create portraits without actually drawing any facial features.
